Why would I choose an individual recognition pathway?
- Have you been working in your current or similar role for over two years?
- Have you already gained all the skills and knowledge required for the qualification?
- Have you attended a range of work specific training? Then a recognition (RPL) pathway may suit you.
This recognition pathway requires you to meet with an assessor (in person or online) to discuss your claim for recognition. Once you have done this, you will prepare a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your competence.
You may wish to consider Workforce Recognition? If you have 2-5 other colleagues that have similar skills and knowledge and you are working in an organisation with quality infrastructure you may be eligible. Find out more
