Training and Assessment Pathways

Response is a unique registered training organisation (“RTO”) specialising in qualifications from the Community Services Training Package (our scope of registration is attached to this document). We have used the experience, understanding and expertise gained from running a disability service to develop a flexible and individualised approach to training and assessment. We recognise that every individual and organisation is different and all have different training needs.

In response to this, we have developed four different training and assessment pathways – each with the flexibility to be adapted to suit the various needs of you, your organisation and your personal goals – and none of them involving traditional class room based training.

Upgrade Your Qualifications

There are many people who have achieved qualifications in the past and have been working in their specific field for a number of years. If you are one of these people you may want to explore the possibility of using your experience and current job role as the vehicle to upgrade your qualifications. You can use any one of our Training & Assessment Pathways to do this.

Training

Response uses what is called a Homework Pathway to deliver this training. We have developed this pathway to suit the needs of students who find it difficult to attend formal training classes and want to enrol at anytime. You can use this pathway to upgrade your existing qualifications eg. You may have a Certificate IV in Disability work and you want

Free Training

Response offers several qualifications as part of the Productivity Places Program. This program is an Australian Federal Government initiative aimed at increasing the skilled workforce in industry experiencing skills shortage. At present these qualifications are offered to UNEMPLOYED who are over 15 years of age.
