Response is a training organisation which specialises in providing training that meets your individual learning needs. We make the training suit the person not the person suit the training. We provide learning pathways and support that let you learn at your own pace and in your own time.

How our Productivity Places Program training works

If you are interested in working in one of these areas you arrange to come into our office and talk to one of our trainers who will explain how the training will work. She will design an individual training plan for you and will discuss the possibility of you receiving recognition for any related learning you have done in the past.

The trainer will also discuss any special learning need or personal need you may have such as child care arrangements and based on those needs she will design your flexible learning pathway. She will also arrange for you to attend an Orientation workshop that best suits the work you are interested in. You will be given a workbook that contains information about the subject and activities that you have chosen to work through. The trainer will also explain how to use the workbooks and how our ongoing individualised support works.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enroll in a self paced program where you will be given all the support you need to gain your qualification.
